Great Stay in Galway
We got switched across the street last minute but it was lovely. Good breakfast. Gracious host. Nice private room, excellent water pressure/ showers!

Location was really good only a few mins walk from eyre square breakfast was very good a great choice for a continental and woman serving that area was a lovely person
The room is comfortable and clean. The house located in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes walk from the main tourist spot. The host is kind and friendly. Great value!
I can't not say enough about the proprietor, his family, and every person who diligently and deftly clean and prepare the breakfast area for their guests. A perfect location next to Yeats College and minutes from downtown Galway - EYRE SQUARE. When you are traveling through the area, stop in and have true Irish hospitality at its finest.
Avalon House was a great choice. Breakfast was great as it included a variety of foods. They even sent me away with hard boiled eggs as I was running late to catch the train. The staff were outgoing in asking if we needed fresh towels and called taxis for us. Very cozy and homey. Short walk to main area of Galway.
Rory is great Nice room.. Central. Intercontinental ballistic breakfast with boiled eggs..Wonderful press with all you need..Pancakes!!!
